1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TreulogyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. What TreulogyAI is

TreulogyAI is an AI-assisted eulogy writing tool. It guides you through a series of questions about your loved one and uses your responses to generate a personalized eulogy draft. The output is a starting point for you to review, edit, and personalize — it is not a finished professional service.

Important: Eulogies generated by TreulogyAI are AI-generated drafts based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the content before use. We make no guarantee that any generated eulogy will be suitable for your specific needs without further editing.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at legal@treulogy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Purchases and refunds

TreulogyAI is offered as a one-time purchase. Because our product is a digital service that is immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once you have accessed the application. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve it. Contact legal@treulogy.com with any billing concerns.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use TreulogyAI for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our service
  • Enter false, misleading, or harmful content into the application
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the memories and information you enter into TreulogyAI. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your eulogy. We do not use your content for any other purpose. 7. Intellectual property

The TreulogyAI application, including its design, code, question sets, and interface, is the property of Common Sense Goods Inc. The eulogy generated using your content belongs to you. You are free to use, edit, and share it as you see fit.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TreulogyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated content will meet your specific requirements. Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Common Sense Goods Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TreulogyAI. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
