Our approach to refunds
We understand you may be going through a difficult time. If something isn't right with your purchase, please reach out and we will do everything we can to help.

Before you generate your first eulogy
If you have purchased TreulogyAI but have not yet generated a eulogy — including if you choose not to consent to AI processing at the acknowledgment screen — you are entitled to a full refund.
Contact us at legal @ treulogy . com within 7 days of purchase and we will process your refund within 5 business days, no questions asked.
After your first eulogy is generated
Once a eulogy has been successfully generated, the Service has been delivered. We handle post-generation refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
We will consider refunds in circumstances including:
- A technical failure prevented your eulogy from being generated and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- The output was materially defective in a way that made it unusable
- You experienced a significant service issue during your session
We review every request individually and aim to be fair. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out — we would rather resolve things amicably than leave a customer unhappy.
We are generally unable to offer refunds where:
- A eulogy was successfully generated and delivered
- The concern relates to the nature of AI-generated content generally rather than a specific service failure
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
Service outages
If TreulogyAI is unavailable due to an outage or technical issue and you are unable to access the Service, please contact us. If we are unable to restore your access within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of whether a eulogy has been generated.
How to request a refund

- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number if available
- A brief description of your concern
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
