Cancellation policy

TreulogyAI Professional subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting legal @ treulogy .com.

Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing month.

Annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the current annual term. Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before the renewal date to prevent the next annual charge. No refund is issued for unused months within a prepaid annual term.

Following cancellation, accounts remain accessible for a 30-day wind-down period. After this period, the ability to create new tributes is removed. Existing tributes remain accessible to bereaved families permanently regardless of subscription status.

To cancel, email legal @ treulogy .com with your account name and billing email. We aim to confirm all cancellation requests within 2 business days.
